Senior Technical Manager

Our client specialises in property, office investments, hospitality, and construction. They have assets valued up to -3billion.

Now seeking an experienced Senior Technical-Manager on a permanent basis. The position will be based out of their head office in East-London.-

You will design lead a -100m+ high rise, mixed use scheme in East London.-

You will have a team of x2 Technical-Coordinators and 1 Technical Manager reporting into you for support and the position will report into the Technical Director. They require this individual to be up to date with all the new building regulations.

Ideally experienced on all RIBA work stages and specialist in stages 3-5. It is essential you have previous experience with a tier one developer or main contractor, CIAT registered and degree qualified ideally.-

In return, our client is offering a basic salary between -95k - -105k + full package and bonus system on top.
