This is a unique opportunity for a highly skilled technical specialist to become the most senior technical authority within one of our customer environments. You''ll work closely with onsite support teams, acting as the go-to expert for complex endpoint, device, operating system and identity-related issues across both Windows and Mac estates. The role and what you''ll be getting up to on a day-to-day basis As a Senior Technical Lead, you''ll provide advanced technical expertise across endpoint technologies while acting as a trusted adviser to both users and technical teams.
