Significant experience designing and delivering secure, cloud-based solutions (AWS and/or Azure) in large-scale enterprise or government environments. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex organisations to drive technical, service, and strategic improvements. Strong DevOps expertise, including CI/CD, infrastructure as code (e.g. Terraform), automation, and improving observability and live service support. Experience providing technical leadership for the design and delivery of technology solutions, ensuring alignment with architecture standards, security requirements, governance processes, and organisational objectives.
