Freelance Senior Technical Designer Contract 250- 350 per day LondonWe are partnering with a leading Design and Build contractor who are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Designer to support their growing pipeline of projects. This is a great opportunity for a freelancer who can hit the ground running and bring strong technical expertise to the team.The RoleProducing technical drawings and coordinating with MandE and specialist contractorsAttending site meetings with subcontractors and clientsManaging surveying, planning applications, and building regulations complianceOverseeing multiple live projects at a time (ranging from 3-5m to 20m+)Delivering technical solutions across commercial and laboratory projectsWhat We''re Looking For5-10 years'' experience in a technical design or architectural roleStrong Revit and AutoCAD skills (must be confident and independent from day one)Proven Design and Build (DandB) experience is essentialA personable, proactive approach with strong communication skillsThe OfferDay rate: 250- 350 (depending on experience)Ongoing contract with potential for temp-to-perm if desiredFlexible working: 1-2 days per week in the officeJoin a collaborative, sociable team with regular project work and eventsThis is an urgent requirement, with interviews already underway.
