This role combines hands-on technical design with team leadership, overseeing detailed SolidWorks drawings, site surveys, client coordination and mentoring junior designers. Key Requirements: 5+ years'' experience within the super-prime residential joinery sector. Advanced SolidWorks skills and strong technical drawing ability. Experience managing projects, conducting site surveys and liaising with contractors. Strong knowledge of joinery materials and manufacturing processes.
