We are looking to recruit a Senior Technical Coordinator to join our fantastic South Midlands Technical team based in Northampton. The role will see you provide the link between design and on-site construction by being the main point of contact for Technical issues within a Region. When appropriate to subsequently liaise with the Technical Team to ensure all matters are dealt with in a timely and cost effective way. SENIOR TECHNICAL COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES: To work closely within the Region to understand their Technical needs and to act as a key link back into the Central Technical Team to ensure workloads are prioritised and met To help determine and manage consultant and sub-contractor proposals in conjunction with the Technical team To ensure all approvals are obtained and information received and issued to allow for a prompt start on site.
