Senior Technical Coordinator - RC Frame Scheme - Woolwich
Salary: Up to -70,000 + Package
Location: Woolwich, London
A residential developer is seeking a Senior Technical Coordinator to join their team on a scheme in Woolwich. This is an opportunity for an experienced individual to play a key role in delivering a complex, design-led project from pre-construction through to handover.
Role Overview:
As Senior Technical Coordinator, you will take ownership of technical and design coordination across the scheme, working closely with internal departments, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure the smooth flow of information and timely delivery of technical solutions. You''ll bring your expertise in RC frame construction to the table, ensuring the design is both buildable and aligned with programme and cost targets.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate design information across the project lifecycle
• Liaise with architects, structural engineers, consultants, and subcontractors
• Ensure design solutions are technically sound, compliant, and cost-effective
• Lead technical meetings and report progress to senior management
• Oversee document control and approval processes for drawings and specifications
• Resolve technical issues on site in collaboration with the delivery team

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Technical Coordinator or Senior Technical Coordinator
• Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete frame construction and associated technical challenges
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Familiarity with UK building regulations and NHBC/LABC standards
• Experience working on large-scale residential or mixed-use schemes is desirable
• Relevant qualifications in construction, architecture, or engineering
