Our client is a renowned and well-regarded house builder. Operating nationally and with a first class reputation across the sector, we are looking to appoint an experienced and quality driven Senior Technical Coordinator to join what is already a high performing Technical department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Technical support during the land acquisition process.
• Carry out Technical reviews on schemes prior to planning applications.
• Prepare technical support of detailed design to assist the procurement& construction of new sites.
