Senior Technical Coordinator

A senior Technical Coordinator is required to join a privately owned House Builder and take responsibility, work pro-actively and autonomously but report to The Technical Director in a close-knit team. Knowledge of Building Regs / LABC warranty standards is required as is knowledge of Civil Engineering design, geo technical reports and the planning process, applications and discharge of conditions.
