Senior Technical Coordinator Location: CambridgeSalary: £60,000 £65,000 + Car Allowance + PackageSector: Residential DevelopmentThe Opportunity A prestigious residential developer is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Technical Coordinator to join their established Technical team in Cambridge.This is a key role within the technical function, responsible for coordinating the design and technical delivery of high-quality residential developments from pre-construction through to construction. You will work closely with internal departments, external consultants, statutory authorities and construction teams to ensure projects are technically compliant, commercially viable and ready for delivery.The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on high-quality developments within an established and forward-thinking business, with responsibility for managing technical information across multiple projects and driving solutions through to completion.Key Responsibilities Take ownership of technical coordination across multiple residential developmentsCoordinate design information and ensure delivery is aligned with project programmesManage relationships with architects, engineers, consultants and specialist subcontractorsReview drawings and technical information for buildability, compliance and construction readinessCoordinate planning approvals, statutory applications and discharge of planning conditionsWork closely with Construction, Commercial, Land, Planning and ..... full job details .....
