You will help define and deliver diverse key projects with the team. This role offers a dynamic and challenging opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst enthusiastic about connecting with our customers’ core business.Perform root cause analysis and work closely with business users to identify and translate needs into solutions.Design technical solutions with development teams.Utilize SQL, Excel, and Power BI for analysis and data mapping.Produce Business Requirement Specification Documents.Manage stakeholders across all levels, from C-suite to developers.Support UAT by preparing test scenarios, coordinating with stakeholders, and validating solutions using tools like Azure DevOps, Jira.Lead workshops through to design and delivery phases.Qualifications

Experience as a Business Analyst in consultancy or public sector.Proven ability in producing high-quality Business Requirements Documents and mapping business processes.Agile delivery experience, including working within Agile teams on digital or application modernization projects.Experience reviewing Functional Specification Documents for alignment with Business Requirements.Worked on large and small projects, responsible for defining and designing solutions.Strong SQL, technical, and data capabilities.Confident, articulate, proactive.Good project management skills, able to meet deadlines.Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-experts.Additional Information
