We are looking for motivated and ambitious Senior Business Analysts with at least 5 years of professional experience to join NETbuilder and working with one of our clients, a leading telecommunications company.As a Senior BA, you’ll play a critical role in shaping business solutions, translating complex requirements into actionable outcomes, and driving delivery across high-profile initiatives. You’ll partner with stakeholders at all levels, align business goals with technology strategy, and ensure the successful implementation of innovative solutions.What you’ll do:Lead the elicitation, documentation, and management of complex business and functional requirementsPartner with senior stakeholders to define solutions and influence decision-makingAct as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignmentDrive Agile delivery practices (Scrum, Kanban), including backlog management and sprint planningFacilitate workshops, stakeholder engagement sessions, and process design activities Contribute to the design and optimisation of enterprise systems (CRM, Finance, HR, Supply Chain)What we’re looking for:5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst (consulting or industry), ideally in large-scale, complex environmentsProven ability to work with senior stakeholders and influence business outcomesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approachSolid experience in Agile delivery and tools (JIRA, Confluence)Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a teamExceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbalA proactive, strategic thinker with a solutions-focused mindsetSalary and benefits:Competitive salary: £45,000 – £55,00022 days’ holiday + bank holidays (with an extra day each year of service)Pension contributionsClear career progression and development opportunities within NETbuilderReady for your next challenge?
