In this key role, you will be responsible for support to a wide variety of projects with a particular focus on technical pensions issues within these projects, as well as assisting with complex member casework, complaints handling and supporting the core Member Services'' teams. What you''ll do: Provide technical support for bulk project work, including data analysis, individual and bulk calculations and system updates to ensure projects are delivered accurately, efficiently and in line with Scheme requirements.
