Senior Technical Analyst

Join Our Team as a Senior Technical Analyst Location: Chesterfield An exciting opportunity has come available for a Senior Technical Analyst to join the growing team at Brightwell. In this key role, you will be responsible for support to a wide variety of projects with a particular focus on technical pensions issues within these projects, as well as assisting with complex member casework, complaints handling and supporting the core Member Services'' teams. What you''ll do: Provide technical support for bulk project work, including data analysis, individual and bulk calculations and system updates to ensure projects are delivered accurately, efficiently and in line with Scheme requirements. Carry out calculations, validate data and support the core Member Services teams with high value or technically complex cases to ensure accurate member outcomes and effective resolution of complex enquiries. Support pension administration system amendments to calculations and background data tables, ensuring system functionality remains aligned with Scheme rules, legislation and business requirements Develop and maintain calculation tools used for system testing and non-system calculations to support accurate benefit calculations and provide assurance over system changes. Support the ongoing monitoring and enhancement of operational and system controls, helping to identify, mitigate and reduce risks across the Schemes administered by Brightwell.
