This senior role combines technical authority with full account management responsibility, overseeing engineering resilience, statutory compliance, operational performance and commercial delivery. The Role   As the Senior Technical Account Manager, you''ll: Lead technical authority across mechanical, electrical, controls and life safety systems. Ensure statutory, mandatory and critical PPM requirements are consistently achieved. Maintain resilience across HV/LV, UPS, generators, HVAC and critical infrastructure. Lead technical risk management, incident investigations and root cause analysis. Manage contract P&L, forecasting, margins, cost control and commercial performance. Lead client governance, supplier performance and engineering improvement initiatives.
