Shifts:

8am-2pm, 2pm-8pm, or 8am-9pm (includes supernumerary hours for audits)We''re seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Care Team Leader to guide and support a dedicated team caring for up to 36 elderly residents. What you''ll bring

Minimum 2 years'' experience in elderly careStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to mentor and supervise staffCommitment to person-centred care and wellbeingConfidence in administering medication and conducting auditsUnderstanding of CQC standards and care planning

Key responsibilities

Lead and support the care team to deliver high-quality careConduct supervisions, appraisals, and mentor senior carersPromote independence, dignity, and choice for residentsOversee medication administration and training updatesDevelop enriched care plans and engage residents in activitiesEnsure compliance with regulatory standards
