Responsibilities:As a Senior Tax Manager, you will Manage complex personal tax returns, P11Ds, and handle HMRC enquiries while advising clients on a broad range of tax mattersLead client relationships by providing strategic advice, attending meetings, and supporting tax planning and advisory projects such as succession planning and restructuringSupervise, mentor and review the work of junior team members to support their development and ensure high standardsContribute to internal leadership through participation in monthly management meetings and driving process improvementsSupport the delivery of high-quality tax services by applying technical knowledge across compliance and advisory workRequirements:As a Senior Tax Manager, you will need CTA qualified or equivalentExperience in a practice managing a private client portfolio Understanding of CT and IHT and personal tax Experience advising OMBs and high-net-worth individuals Experience leading and developing a teamBenefits:As Senior Tax Manager, you will get 5% profit share bonus (paid in the last three years) 5% manager bonusHybrid working Early Friday finishesAre you fully qualified and ready to make an impact in a growing ..... full job details .....
