Reporting to the Director of Group Tax and Status, this role will support the team on all business projects and transactions across the UK and overseas including due diligence, analysing and advising tax implications on cross-border transactions, exploring tax risk mitigation and tax efficiency strategy, supporting business change. The Senior Tax Manager will suit someone who has dealt with multiple tax jurisdictions and regions, covering both direct and indirect taxes, and coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders from different business units, regions and countries. Experience from implications arising from business restructuring, and divestments (including disposal of real estate assets) is key.
