On behalf of their client, they are in search of a knowledgeable Senior Tax Manager to become part of their team in London. This role presents the opportunity to manage corporate projects, supervise direct and indirect compliance obligations, and collaborate with third-party taxation advisors. The successful candidate will have the chance to work on engaging tax advisory projects, including the introduction of Pillar Two and other corporate initiatives.What you''ll do

Manage corporate projects including group restructuring and the establishment of new business linesSupervise the direct and indirect compliance obligations of the groupManage tax advisory projects including the introduction of Pillar Two and other corporate initiativesTake overall responsibility for all tax compliance obligations including corporation tax, VAT, and employment taxesCollaborate with third-party taxation advisors ensuring value for money services deliveredSeek out ideas and opportunities to ensure commercial activities are efficiently managed from a taxation perspectiveWhat you bring
