Reviewing complex personal tax returnsManaging P11Ds and advising clients on tax mattersLeading and mentoring junior staffManaging client relationships and strategic adviceWorking on succession planning, restructuring, and HMRC enquiriesParticipating in management meetings and process improvementsSkills, Knowledge and Expertise

CTA qualified or equivalent with post-qualification experienceExperience managing private client portfoliosStrong personal tax knowledge, including CT and IHTAdvisory experience in IHT, CGT, succession planningExperience advising OMBs and high-net-worth individualsLeadership skills and team development experienceExcellent communication and client-focused approachWhy join us?
