This is an excellent opportunity for an established tax investigations professional to take a leading role in managing complex HMRC enquiries, disclosures, COP8/COP9 cases and tax disputes. Working closely with Partners and Directors, you will advise a diverse client portfolio ranging from owner-managed businesses and high-net-worth individuals to large corporates and international groups. The role offers significant autonomy, strong progression prospects and the opportunity to become a key figure within a highly respected tax practice.Key ResponsibilitiesLeading a portfolio of complex tax investigations and dispute resolution cases.Managing HMRC enquiries, disclosures, compliance checks and settlement negotiations.Acting as a trusted adviser to clients on tax risk and controversy matters.Supporting clients through COP8 and COP9 investigations.Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.Managing and reviewing the work of Managers and junior team members.Supporting business development activities and identifying new opportunities.Working closely with Partners on high-profile and technically challenging assignments.RequirementsCTA qualified ..... full job details .....
