Senior Tax Advisory Manager Coventry £70,000-£85,000 + Car Allowance, Bonus and Profit Share Are you technically strong across transactional tax but looking for a role where you can take genuine ownership of projects, advise clients directly and help develop others? This is an opportunity to join a growing accountancy business with a specialist tax advisory team, supporting owner-managed companies and their shareholders through reorganisations, incorporations, share schemes and other complex transactions. As Senior Tax Advisory Manager, you will manage projects from initial planning through to implementation, combining detailed tax analysis with practical, commercially focused advice. You will work closely with clients, solicitors and internal teams while reviewing work completed by less experienced colleagues. Based in Coventry, the role offers flexible working hours, strong progression and a broad package that includes a company car or allowance, team bonuses and profit sharing. The role You will take responsibility for delivering technically complex tax projects accurately, efficiently and within agreed timescales.
