This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Talent Partner, on a 6 month FTC, to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing talent strategies within a multi site retail environment. Based in Derbyshire, this role focuses on delivering effective human resources solutions in a fast-paced environment.

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify and address workforce planning needs.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide expert advice on market trends and recruitment best practices.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners.
• Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives across all talent acquisition activities.
• Analyse and report on recruitment metrics to measure success and inform future strategies.
• Support onboarding processes to ensure new hires are set up for success.

Profile

A successful Senior Talent Partner should have:

• Proven experience in talent acquisition in a Head Office environment
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and workforce planning.
• Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights.
• A track record of promoting diversity and inclusion in hiring practices.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
