Our client is a leading pharmaceutical organisation looking for an Interim Senior Talent Partner.Your New RoleReporting to the Head of International Talent Acquisition, our client is looking for an experienced individual to assist with the high volume of IT roles that are planned to be released. This role will initially be for 2 months and is to start as soon as possible and requires someone with a very strong understanding of roles such as software engineering, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and AI.Key areas of responsibility include:Develop a strong pipeline of talent for current and future vacanciesEnsure a positive candidate experience from the first point of contact with potential candidates to onboardingWork closely with HR colleagues to provide strategies to recruit diverse talentDevelop key relationships with hiring managers, senior management and various stakeholdersWork with the global TA team on execution and development of programmes to enhance attraction and pipeline of candidatesWhat You''ll Need To SucceedThis is a high-profile role where your technical experience and network are essential to the success of this role.
