Become the trusted Senior TA Partner for our Commercial and People Divisions (split among multiple locations)Nurture relationships and engagement with senior and local leadershipHands on delivery-focused hiring across the two divisions partnered withTake ownership of the full life cycle hiring processOrganize and attend job fairs and recruitment eventsImplement localized processes and conduct team and hiring manager trainingsBuild a data-driven approach to recruiting and align this globallyActively lead and participate in TA ProjectsSupport Employer Branding initiativesYour Profile
A number of years experience working in an organisation internal Talent Acquisition team, recruiting a high volume of Commercial and Sales roles, with people role recruitment experience an additional significant advantage.Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes within a large, matrix, multinational organisations.An initiative-taking problem-solver who confidently tackles challenges with a creative and flexible mindset, stepping beyond the comfort zone when neededA self-motivated, high-energy professional who consistently meets and exceeds performance expectationsExperience building and maintaining internal stakeholder relationships and consulting senior managementExceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse environmentStrong organizational skills with a focus on balancing multiple priorities under tight timelinesAwareness and appreciation for diversity, contributing positively to the team''s strength by leveraging multinational perspectivesExperience working in high-volume, fast-paced recruitment settings, with the flexibility to handle multiple time zones and cross-functional needsFluency in business English is essential; additional language skills are highly ..... full job details .....
