The role is responsible for replacing manual workflows with integrated solutions, establishing robust data governance practices, and ensuring effective system integration across platforms. It supports continuous improvement across operational areas, including warehouse execution and digital tooling, while enabling the development of customer-facing commerce capabilities such as B2B platforms.
