Key Responsibilities Support the delivery of complex training and simulation systems. Provide technical guidance across systems engineering, integration, and testing activities. Work closely with project teams and customers to ensure successful delivery. Support technical reviews, demonstrations, and acceptance activities. Identify and manage technical risks and issues. Contribute to solution development, integration, verification, and validation activities. Essential Experience Strong Systems Engineering background. Recent experience delivering complex systems or technical solutions. Experience across the engineering lifecycle, including integration and testing. Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Desirable Experience Simulation or training systems experience.
