Senior Systems Engineer

Role and Responsibilities: The role acts as a specialist technology consultant, providing third line support on an escalation basis where required to resolve service-affecting issues, and contributes to the IT Systems vision and strategy. Responsibilities include: Take an active and often lead role as an IT Systems subject matter expert, liaising closely with internal IT technical teams, external suppliers and contractors during the design, development and implementation stages of IT projects. As an IT systems subject matter expert, provide technical consultancy and third line support for IT systems and services.
