This role would suit an experienced systems engineer with a broad understanding of the systems engineering lifecycle, particularly around requirements, system design, technical delivery and stakeholder management. Experience within the maritime or Defence sector would be highly beneficial. Responsibilities: Apply systems engineering methods across complex projects. Lead and coordinate technical teams, reviewing work and supporting junior engineers. Manage stakeholder, user and system requirements. Produce and oversee technical documentation, engineering plans and test outputs. Support system design, integration, operation and support activities. Work closely with project managers, customers and senior technical stakeholders. Make sure engineering work meets relevant safety, security and technical standards.
