As they continue to scale, they are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to play a key role in the development, integration, and delivery of cutting-edge unmanned aerial platforms.This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth business where you''ll have significant influence over product development and work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams bringing advanced UAV capabilities from concept through to deployment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the systems engineering activities across the full UAV development lifecycle.Apply Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) principles to support system design, architecture, and requirements management.Define, capture, and manage system requirements for complex autonomous and remotely operated aircraft systems.Support the design and integration of flight control, navigation, payload, communication, and mission systems.Work closely with software, electronics, mechanical, and flight test teams to ensure seamless system integration.Lead verification, validation, and acceptance activities at subsystem and platform level.Conduct trade studies, system analysis, and performance assessments to inform design decisions.Support flight trials and testing activities, ensuring system performance meets operational objectives.Produce and maintain technical documentation ..... full job details .....
