We''re seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to play a key role in delivering high-end systems across three core capability areas: Secure Tactical Datalinks for critical communications Spectrum Monitoring Systems for RF analysis and management Battlespace Technologies including COMINT, HF Direction Finding, C-UAS, and C-RCIED systems This is a technically hands-on yet strategically involved position working across the full product lifecycle from bids to delivery. Key Responsibilities Systems Architecture and Strategy: Systems architecture definition and high-level design Requirements capture, analysis, and management Translate customer requirements into technical solutions Interface definition and system performance analysis Technical Leadership: Lead and guide multidisciplinary engineering teams Maintain technical vision across complex projects Support bid processes and customer technical discussions Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management Product Development: Work across full development lifecycle System verification and validation activities Technical documentation and specification development Design reviews and technical risk management Essential Requirements 5+ years systems engineering ..... full job details .....
