Senior Systems Engineer Location: Hampshire (with occasional UK and international travel) Overview Our client is a well-established engineering organisation specialising in the design and delivery of advanced technology solutions used in highly complex and challenging environments, including offshore and subsea applications. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Senior Systems Engineer to join a specialist team delivering bespoke, high-performance systems. This role offers the opportunity to work across the full engineering lifecycle - from early concept development through to integration, validation and final delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead the technical development and delivery of complex, custom-built systems and instrumentation Provide technical oversight across the full project lifecycle, from concept through to delivery Work closely with internal teams and customers to define requirements and develop effective solutions Support bid activity, including technical proposals, planning and effort estimation Oversee system integration, verification and validation across hardware, firmware and software elements Ensure solutions meet customer specifications, compliance standards and commercial objectives Coordinate work across software, electronics, mechanical and systems engineering teams Diagnose and resolve ..... full job details .....
