Senior Systems Developer Join Our Team as Senior Systems Developer Location: Chesterfield An exciting opportunity has become available for a Senior Systems Developer to join our Member Services team. Reporting to the Senior System Development Manager, you will play a key role in the configuration, support and ongoing development of the IntelliPen Pensions Administration platform. Working closely with Procentia and the Member Services Support Team, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the IntelliPen system, ensuring it continues to meet the needs of the business and its customers. A key focus of the role will be identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, driving innovation, and implementing system developments that enhance performance, efficiency and user experience. What you''ll do: Support the design, development and enhancement of IntelliPen functionality, including workflows, reporting, document generation, member portals, calculations and system integrations. Provide expert technical support to developers and operational teams, helping to resolve day-to-day incidents and complex system issues. Collaborate with internal change and project teams, alongside third-party partners, to deliver system improvements and enhance the overall member experience.
