Their work supports clients in minimising the environmental impact of buildings through informed decisions on materials, systems, and long-term retrofit approaches.Position OverviewThis role is suited to a motivated professional with several years of experience in building performance modelling, energy assessments, overheating analysis, and carbon auditing across both commercial and residential projects.The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver practical, low-carbon solutions and contribute technical expertise to improve energy performance across the built environment.Key ResponsibilitiesIndependently produce energy and sustainability reports for planning submissionsCarry out overheating assessments and develop mitigation strategies in line with industry guidancePerform operational energy modelling to predict real-world building performanceDevelop and manage dynamic simulation models using industry-standard softwareUndertake portfolio-level carbon and performance benchmarking assessmentsComplete whole life carbon evaluations ..... full job details .....
