The Role You will lead and develop a team of five asset surveyors, overseeing a rolling stock condition survey programme and maintaining high data quality to support long-term investment planning. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing building defects, scoping responsive repairs, and specifying remedial works. You will conduct technical surveys for legal disrepair cases, carry out pre-, during-, and post-works inspections, and act as the technical point of contact for complaints and disrepair resolution.
