Senior Surveyor(Housing Association)Salary: Up to 62,000Location: Eastleigh, Hampshire RG Setsquare Recruitment, Southampton branch, are recruiting for a Senior Surveyor for an established Housing Association in Eastleigh. The role:To undertake/ support high profile / complex cases across all areas of the business, to be the technical expert providing inspection reports as required. Providing solutions to problems and defects.To carry out legal disrepair''s claims pre-inspections, to include completion of full inspection reports which may be used as evidence in court and to maintain communication with legal representatives as required and to attend court as at an expert witness.To be the technical expert alongside the Disrepair Surveying Manager providing advice and support to colleagues and other teams across the business. Provide full technical support to legal department in respect of disrepair or legal claims received. Attend court as a subject matter expert witness should a claim get to court. Provide technical support to a variety of multi-disciplined projects which are delivered by their in-house teams and external approved contractors ensuring the business maintains compliance with its statutory obligations and meets its customer expectations.Inspect and assess any repair requests and defects where an immediate repair may not be appropriate, and technical advice is required to identify and advise on appropriate solutions.Investigate technical defects or cases of ..... full job details .....
