      <description>Location: London | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Senior Surveyor - Property Services Location: Southgate, LondonSalary: £58,000 - £65,000 + Benefits We are looking for an experienced Senior Surveyor to join an established Property Services team, leading the delivery of high-quality responsive repairs across the housing portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong surveyor with experience in social housing to play a key role in supporting a team of Surveyors, driving service improvements, resolving complex repair issues and ensuring residents receive an outstanding customer experience.   The Role Reporting to the Regional Property Manager, you will provide technical leadership and support to the Responsive Repairs team, ensuring repairs are accurately diagnosed, delivered within agreed timescales and completed to a high standard.
