Senior Surveyor - Property ManagementAdecco is delighted to be partnering with a leading UK real estate organisation in the search for a Senior Surveyor to join its Property Management team in Central London. This is an opportunity to manage a prestigious commercial portfolio on behalf of institutional clients while working within a collaborative and progressive environment.Position - Full time, 35 hours a week, 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home. Location - City of London. Salary - up to £53,000 (including car allowance).About the RoleAs a Senior Surveyor, you will provide expert leadership in the management of complex commercial property assets. The role requires strong technical expertise, commercial awareness, strategic thinking, and the ability to mentor junior colleagues while delivering exceptional client service.Client Relationship ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for Asset Managers and key stakeholders.Provide expert advice on a range of property management matters.Demonstrate strong commercial awareness in client-facing situations.Build and maintain trusted client relationships.Lease and Legal ManagementManage occupier applications including alterations and assignments.Oversee lease-related matters and provide recommendations to stakeholders.Ensure compliance with lease covenants and resolve related issues.Apply landlord and tenant legislation and relevant case law effectively.Liaise with legal and specialist advisers when ..... full job details .....
