I am on the lookout for a Senior Surveyor to join a well-respected social housing organisation in the Derbyshire area. This role requires an understanding of the causes of damp, mould and condensation. You will be required to give advice to the customers and assist in treating the issue. Role: Senior SurveyorLocation: DerbyRate: 35 an hourContract: Temporary 3 month rolling Responsibilities of the Senior Surveyor:Undertake surveys of properties in relation to responsive and planned maintenance as appropriate. Compile and submit all necessary information/orders within the prescribed time scales. Where appropriate establish programmes of work ensuring that repairs arising are carried out in accordance with priorities and with the minimum of delay and inconvenience to the tenant.Deal with enquiries and complaints made by customers, advise and deal sympathetically with them, ensuring adequate consultation and liaison.
