Senior Surveyor - Natural Capital

The RoleYou''ll work with a diverse portfolio of rural and landed estate clients across the East Midlands, providing high-quality professional advice while developing strong, long-term client relationships.Alongside estate management and rural professional work, you''ll have the opportunity to help landowners and farmers understand and maximise the potential of their Natural Capital assets, identifying new income opportunities and supporting clients with their environmental and ESG ambitions.Your responsibilities will include:Managing and developing existing rural estate and property portfoliosProviding rural professional and estate management advice to landownersLease renewals, rent reviews, landlord and tenant matters and property managementManaging client income, expenditure, budgets and CAPEX programmesDeveloping and maintaining strong client relationshipsIdentifying opportunities around Natural Capital, BNG and environmental marketsAdvising landowners and organisations on their environmental and ESG objectivesSupporting the wider team with professional rural surveying workContributing to the continued growth and development of the rural consultancy offeringAbout YouWe''re looking for an ambitious and commercially minded MRICS-qualified Rural Surveyor who enjoys working with clients and wants to develop their career within a forward-thinking business.You''ll ideally have:MRICS qualification with a background in Rural SurveyingExperience in rural estate management and/or ..... full job details .....
