Senior Surveyor

Reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of private clients, providing strategic estate management and professional advice while supporting the continued development of the business. Description

• Deliver estate management services including consultancy and advisory support on rural property matters.
• Provide professional advice across landlord and tenant matters, valuations, diversification and development projects.
• Advise on lettings, utilities, energy projects, compensation claims and wider estate management issues.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
• Collaborate with colleagues across multiple disciplines to deliver comprehensive solutions for clients.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, contributing to a strong future pipeline of work.
• Represent the business at industry events and support wider ESG initiatives.

Profile

• MRICS qualification with a minimum of five years'' post-qualified experience.
• Previous experience in rural estate management, professional services, or a similar surveying role.
• Strong technical knowledge across estate management and professional practice.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach and the confidence to work independently.
• Full UK driving licence
