Senior Surveyor - Energy, Utilities, and Infrastructure Projects Ayrshire Office Scotland: Office Presence required with hybrid options available Salary Range: Up to £40,000 + wider company benefits Piper Maddox are currently working alongside a long standing name in the rural and agricultural sector to assist in the growth of their Energy and Utilities team based in Scotland. Our client was founded over 100 years ago and have built up an excellent reputation and track record for providing specialist land and property services to their client base. Skipping forward to 2026, their Energy and Utilities team is currently their largest function and is a hugely exciting growth area for the business going forward. This company work across a wide variety of technologies and infrastructures including renewable energy, grid infrastructure, land diversification, and utilities. They are looking to add a Senior Surveyor, and the ideal level of experience here would be someone who is 1-2 years post APC qualification. In terms of industry body, it would be great to speak with candidates with MRICS or CAAV accreditations.
