Contract Duration: 3+ Months
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £35.46 per day

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed land surveys and prepare accurate reports and maps.

• Utilize advanced surveying equipment and technology to gather data.

• Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure survey accuracy.

• Oversee and guide junior surveyors and team members.

• Ensure all surveying activities comply with legal and safety standards.

• Provide expert advice on boundary disputes and property division.

• Prepare and present findings to stakeholders and clients.

Person Specifications

• Proven experience in surveying with a focus on engineering and construction projects.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.

• Familiarity with relevant software and technology in surveying.

• Valid professional certifications and licenses as required.
