Senior Surveyor

MMP Consultancy are seeking a Senior Surveyor on behalf of a major London Local Authority to deliver Complex Repairs and manage a team of Surveyors. -450 per day (Neg.) Inside IR35.

Senior Surveyor and lead complex property challenges with confidence. Key Skills
- Proven experience in surveying, property management, or related fields.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex issues like structural problems, leaks, and major disrepair, as well as Major Voids and Refurbishment programmes.
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
- Knowledge of leasehold and legal disrepair procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to manage external stakeholders involvement and enquiring including political and escalated complaints.
Nice to have:
- Experience with contract management and tender processes
- Familiarity with rent and renewal negotiations
- Background working with Major Complex property legislation and Technical issues.
Preferred qualifications:
- Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in surveying, construction, or property management (Desirable)
- Several years of managerial or senior surveying experience (Essential)
- Knowledge of industry standards and policies. (Essential)
