Salary: £44,034 - £46,481 per annum About MAP Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) works for the health and dignity of Palestinians living under occupation and as refugees. For more than 40 years, we have been delivering essential health and medical care to those most affected by conflict, displacement and occupation in the occupied Palestinian territory (oPt) and Lebanon. We are now responding to the largest emergency in our history. Over the last two years, tens of thousands of new supporters have joined MAP. We work to raise Palestinian voices and work to secure their rights to health and dignity. About the role This role sits at the heart of MAP''s Fundraising and Marketing team, turning supporter data into actionable insights. Supported by the Performance and Insights Manager, you will lead the delivery of audience selections and marketing lists, ensuring campaigns reach the right supporters at the right time while maintaining the highest standards of data quality, governance, and GDPR compliance. Working with a range of stakeholders across the team, you will take ownership of data segmentation processes to provide a reliable foundation for MAP''s fundraising and marketing activity.
