Female* Senior Support Worker – Darlington – £13.22 per hour. Typical shifts are: Monday to Sunday, 7:30am-3:00pm, 2:30pm-10:00pm and 9:30pm-7:30am. Join Voyage Care and feel valued. Senior Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our management teams. You will join us in leading our residential service in Darlington, a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people. As a Senior Support Worker, you will help people gain more independence in their daily lives, while assisting the Manager with day-to-day supervision and management of the service. Responsibilities may include allocating shifts, booking training, inducting new colleagues, supporting with supervision, ordering medication, and ensuring the people we support are able to manage their finances. You will keep the people we support at the core of day-to-day care and support.Qualifications
