Work closely with management, families, healthcare professionals and external agencies. Manage safeguarding concerns, risks, incidents, medication and daily service requirements appropriately. Ensure support plans, risk assessments and records are maintained to a high standard. Support audits, quality monitoring and compliance across the service.
