Senior Support Worker

Hours: Part-time, flexible. 20 hours per week, must include evenings and weekends when required. including participation in the on-call rota Salary: TBC We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Carer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care while supporting and guiding care staff. Key Responsibilities Completing spot checks to ensure high standards of care delivery Conducting client reviews and updating care plans Completing medication administration sign-off Carrying out care calls when required Participating in the on-call rota Supporting the coordination team; experience in coordinating is preferred Requirements Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification (essential) Strong understanding of person-centered care Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in a senior or supervisory role is desirable If you are committed, reliable, and ready to take the next step in your career in care, we would love to hear from you.
