Senior Support Worker

-Hours: Part-time, flexible.-20 hours per week, must include evenings and weekends when required. including participation in the on-call rota

-Salary: TBC

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Carer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care while supporting and guiding care staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Completing spot checks to ensure high standards of care delivery
• Conducting client reviews and updating care plans
• Completing medication administration sign-off
• Carrying out care calls when required
• Participating in the on-call rota
• Supporting the coordination team; experience in coordinating is preferred

Requirements

• Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (essential)
• Strong understanding of person-centered care
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a senior or supervisory role is desirable
