As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you''ll play a key role in delivering outstanding, person-centred care, supporting the Registered Manager, mentoring colleagues, and creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive. The RoleAs a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will: Provide high-quality care and emotional support to children and young people. Act as a positive role model, promoting independence, resilience and positive outcomes. Lead shifts and support the day-to-day running of the home. Mentor and guide Residential Support Workers, helping to develop their skills and confidence. Build positive relationships with children, families and external professionals. Ensure care plans, risk assessments and daily records are completed accurately. Safeguard and promote the welfare of all children and young people.
